Freeport LNG Development LP (FLNG) and its wholly owned subsidiary FLNG Liquefaction 4 LLC have filed a formal application with the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
for authorization to site, construct, and operate a fourth liquefaction
train at its LNG export facility on Quintana Island near Freeport, Tex.

has let a contract to GS Engineering & Construction Corp. (GSEC),
Seoul, to repair damages caused by an early January fire at the
417,000-b/d West plant of its more than 800,000-b/d Ruwais refining
complex in the UAE.
