Green Dragon enters Chengzhuang cooperation agreement

Green Dragon Gas Ltd. has entered into a cooperation agreement with China National Petroleum Corp. relating to the Chengzhuang block, a 67-sq-km area included within the Shizhuang South production-sharing contract.
